What a GREAT experience! I highly recommend.
From the first call to the super prompt installation of our new Furnace and A/C units it was a great experience.
Loved the service tec biographies and everyone we talked to. From initial call to an office check in call, to the guys that came to our house; all great experiences.

Every bit of this experience was excellent. Starting with the ease of contacting them for service on the old furnace and a prompt after hours arrival of the service technician. The technician arranged for the sales person to contact us which they did within an hour of opening in the morning. We had a deal done within a couple of hours and installed the next day. The installers had previously installed our AC so it was like chatting with old friends. Thank you for your excellence.

The company answered my late night email quick with prices, and Steve was here the next day to take a look at our furnace that would not heat up. He called 10 minutes before showing up and was here within that time! He quickly identified the problem and explained my furnace type and year - gave me great insight to what could happen down the road and what my options are. He was able to get it working again quite quickly and we will have a warm sleep tonight! Steve was very nice and informative, felt comfortable having him in my home and would welcome him back again. Thank you Steve!

The company sent both texts and emails to book our appointment, remind us of our appointment and then inform us when the technicians were on their way. The technicians were very respectful of our home. They were also very professional but also very comfortable talking with us while they completed the job. They explained how the cleaning worked, even using a great analogy that allowed me to understand what they were doing. I was also shown before and after pictures of the duct work in our home. I immediately received an invoice via email stating exactly what had been completed. They are a terrific

Great service. We booked the furnace/AC inspection. Jonathon was very professional and courteous. I really like they they give you a 2 hour time window for your appointment- I didn’t have to sit and wait all day for them to show up. I also appreciate the texts that they sent, which included the technician’s picture. It provides great peace of mind when they show up. Will def use this service again!

We were having issues with our furnace and thermostat. Absolute Comfort Control Systems was able to send out their technician, Jonathan, the day after I called. He was super friendly and informative and was able to get everything up and running in no time.

Very pleased overall for choosing Absolute Comfort when replacing my old furnace and A/C . I had quotes from 3 other players in the Windsor-Essex County market, 2 of them major companies with good records. Salesman Wally was informative, patient and no-pressure. He provided several product and payment options, similar to his competitors. In the end, I was sold on the warranty which was 2 years better than that offered by the rest, and that they service 24/7.
The installers (Rick and Nathan) were professional and patient, too, as they waited for a previously unknown bee problem to be cleared up

Beautiful job done installing furnace and AC. Rick and Nathan were courteous, patient and friendly. They really care about the customer and made sure that I was left happy with their service installation. They paid attention to every detail and cleaned the place after the work was done. Would recommend their services and Absolute Comfort in a heart beat. Forget big companies, the Absolute Comfort are the best I've dealt with regarding heating and cooling.
