Martin Joyce started All Drains Plus in the spring of 2014 after a long cold winter. Realizing the demand needed to clear frozen sewers, wells, septics and roof top drains. Martin is a licensed plumber, who also has his gas ticket and confined space entry ticket.

II didn't receive the service I asked for and I am forcefully being charged for I don't know what. I clearly told them my leech pipe is not weeping and need augering so they claimed they can cut the roots from pipe during the phone call, we arrange to meet. They send 2 people to my place. On the arranged day workers call me from the site to enter my cottage. I asked why do you need to enter? They said they are here to unblock my drain and I explain again I have all new sewer lines up to the tank and need my weeping pipe cleaning. 5 mins later they call to tell me again they try to open my house

Called All Drains at about 10pm after a pipe separated from our grinder pump on Friday. Martin told me he would be at my place at 8am. He was there and completed the work quickly, professionally, and answered all the questions I had. I have used his services in the past when my basement flooded and another company basically blew me off. I have absolutely no issues in either calling All Drains for work around my house or recommending them to friends, family, and others.

I emailed All Drains after midnight and had a response and action plan by the next morning. 2 hours later my problem was solved. Martin scoped the line and determined the location of the problem. They also called the city to arrange service. Martin and his right hand man Cole were both knowledgeable, professional, and punctual. They saved the day!!

Last year my sewage system (summer cabin) stopped working and All Drains was out to help the very next morning with a temporary solution to get us up and running. This spring they came back out to drain the whole system and fix it for good. They always answer their phone and do exactly what they promise. Highly recommended.
