We had our kitchen replaced. It took them two months from start to finish. We had removed our kitchen our selves. The scheduling around this the worst part of the job. If we had the guys two days in the same week it was a cause to celebrate.
Called about warranty as the back splash came un adhered to the wall. The owner replied that we didn’t pay for it. We have reciept that states paid in full on our bill l. We paid it on completion. He had wanted to offer us a piece of backsplash that they missed costing on the bill if we paid the last 10% before completion. We obviously declined. In his reply

From the moment we called to ask about replacing our bathtub with a walk in shower, we encountered excellent service and total professionalism. With the initial contact , the meeting with the sales representative, the follow up call, booking our date, the installers workmanship and another follow up call, our experience was excellent. Worst experience of my life. Spent $15,000 remodelling my shower which promptly flooded cascades into the kitchen below the first time I used it. Ceiling ruined and after months of fighting with them (they said it was not their fault????!!!!) finally got a very poor patch job done. It is now two years later and I can see the yellow stains of a leak returning to our kitchen ceiling. Probably because they sent the showroom guy (not a plumber) to fix it. Extremely poor quality and service. Stay away. Working with them was a complete nightmare for us.

I regrettably hired Milestone Bath “Experts” to do a bathroom renovation in my home. I paid an extra $600 “rush” fee for this job, which I have been hounding the company for more than 6 months to complete. Virtually everything installed by this company is in some way damaged. My shower enclosure is chipped and cracked. The wainscoting they installed is scuffed up and discolored. Drywall work is bubbling and bulging out of the wall. My glass shower door was so badly scratched up it looked like they found it on the side of the road on the way to my installation. There’s more issues but

I recently renovated my kitchen. After researching many local companies, I decided to go with Milestone Kitchen & Bath. Jeff was extremely helpful and accomodating with the design. I knew what I wanted and he made suggestions and modifications to my design to make it perfect. There were a few hiccups but Jeff was there to make things right. The installation went well and everyone asks where the cabinets were purchased! I would highly recommend Milestone Kitchen & Bath to anyone who asks about my satisfaction with the product. Recently had a bathroom renovation done by Milestone. I had purchased my own home in the fall and wanted to make my home functional and reflect my taste. I called around and got a few quotes and Milestone was was by far the most affordable. Right from the initial phone call, to the estimate it was such an easy process. My husband and I recently renovated our kitchen. We chose Milstone Kitchen and Bath having visited other kitchen contractor's and viewing many cabinets within local stores. After visiting Milestone store and meeting with David and Erica who showed us beautiful made cabinets with features that didn't cost extra like many of the other stores. When we decided on our cabinets, David made the entire experience seamless. They were installed on time and done so by professional installers we would recommend to anyone. Our counter top and floor were also purchased through Milestone and they are beautiful

After receiving a flyer from them, we stopped into Milestone Bath Experts on College St. one afternoon to see what was involved. From the moment we walked in, each person we spoke with was friendly, open, and informative. We liked what we saw and heard, so we arranged to have an onsite (free) estimate.
