Bought $13,000 of materials during the pandemic when their storefront was closed (and they were renovating). Ordered a little extra material on the promise of returning the excess when the situation normalized.
Just returned goods only to be charged a 20% restocking fee, due to extra handling because of Covid. We now regret shopping there at all.
Standard is getting the balance of our business as they returned excess goods without quarrel.
