Going into our kitchen renovation, we weren't sure what to expect, but Sasha was super helpful in providing us with a timeline and expectations. And all expectations were met, if not exceeded! All work was done on time and the kitchen turned out even better than expected. Our friends still don't believe that the cabinets are IKEA and not custom, because everything fits together like a big puzzle. That's to say, Sasha's design was executed to perfection by everyone involved. I called Sasha to do a condo renovation (wall, flooring, electrical, painting) and the final cost and timeline were within 10% of the estimate which is great considering materials costs and labour constraints in 2021. The work was professional and the noise/mess kept to a minimum. He also set us up with an associate of his who took care of the city permitting for us. All in all, good prices for a full service reno.

Before we found 21Renovations, our home was full of a mess because other irresponsible constructors did poor work on there, broke every promise, and did not finished it for 6 months.
So we changed our contractor to 21Renovations, and there's no regret at all.

Sasha and his team were wonderful people to work with for our condo renovation. We are very pleased with the quality of their work - they had transformed this old 20-year-old condo unit into a brand new place! Sasha, Juan, and the rest of the team completed a project for us in August-September this year. They created a beautiful barrierless shower in a complete bathroom redo, and did some drywall and painting work in the bed room. We found it easy to work with Sasha, from planning to contract to the actual work. Juan did a really amazing job, going above and beyond for us, and the tile teams are real pros. We highly recommend working with 21 Renovations on jobs you want done right with minimal worries.

They transformed a very dated 1970's condo into a beautiful modern masterpiece.
The level of detail and effort they went to was far beyond what we expected. Everything in the condo was "original condition", so the renovation required a complete gutting of the kitchen and bathroom, new drywall, new electrical, new plumbing, and leveling the floor for installing new laminate floors.
The work they did speaks for itself - everything was done to better-than-new standards, and at very good prices.
