My apologies. You are right. We did not spend any money with your business, but we did try. You were not asked to install the original cover lifter that came with the spa but you were asked to provide the price and availability of your suggested alternative Cover Valet Cover Caddy. As you did not follow through, we ended up buying it online. Owning and maintaining a hot tub is not cheap. Had you provided the cover lifter information or the chemicals for purchase as you promised, we would have continued to purchase all our
