The international ENERGY STAR symbol is a simple way for consumers to identify products that are among the most energy-efficient on the market. Only manufacturers and retailers whose products meet the ENERGY STAR criteria can label their products with this symbol. Choosing an ENERGY STAR-labeled product over a conventional model could save you hundreds of dollars in energy costs.

What a wonderful experience building my home with Terra View Homes. From my initial meeting with Shelley, there really was no question that this was the builder of choice for me. Shelley, David, Charlene, Jim and Lisa assisted me throughout the process and truly made the entire experience an enjoyable one.

We moved into our beautiful Terra View home on Waverley Drive in November and after living in it for 3 months both my wife and I want to say that we could not be more impressed with the quality of the house. From day one Terra View staff worked with us from the design of the house to the complex task of choosing each and every detail of the final… choices we made with respect to paint colors, floors, kitchen cabinets, etc. etc. etc. Chris, Shelley and Charlene were with us every step of the way offering their expertise and suggestions.
