I hired Anchor Roofing to replace the roof on my mobile home and a sun roof. They accepted the job quick enough but were very slow to get it done. I had to phone them many times to set up a date. They do not returns calls in a timely manner at all..This spring I need warranty work done as my roofing is lifting and allowing debris into my sun room. I spoke once with James and he said it was no problem to fix. The problem is getting him to return my calls and get a date to get the work done. It should not take 2 weeks to return a ph call. Very unhappy about customer service.

Very poor management seems to subcontract out most of the jobs to drug using idiots but don't pay the workers my son-in-law work for them and he was never paid very very shady company

From first contact with Anchor Roofing to job completed, was about a week, quite impressive. We had a 35 year fiber-glass shingle installed, recommended by the owner, a great product. The work was done during core work hours while we were away at work, didn't even know they were there. I'd recommend Anchor Roofing, no question.
