Using our industry leading architectural CAD software, you're able to visualize your space with photo-real 3D renderings and real-time views, allowing you to preview your design choices before investing your time and money.
We're open by appointment only and located at the corner of Walker Rd & Seymour Blvd across from CIBC. Client parking is available on the south side of the building off Seymour Blvd. See our service area. To better serve our clients we are open by appointment only. The primary motivation of these Lakeshore empty nesters was to update the look of their stately waterfront home. Remodeling the kitchen, back-entry, guest bathroom, family room, family dining area, and back-staircase brought them in line with their vision for their new lifestyle: new porcelain tile floors, in greige, support the desired Hamptons Glam aesthetic.

We could not be happier with our new kitchen. Right from our very first meeting, Lee was very knowledgeable and friendly and easy going. She helped make every decision on the design very easy. Her communication is amazing and she always responds to emails and texts right away. I cannot say enough good things about the construction team at Top Notch. The moment Lee walked into my home her passion and creativity were evident. While other designers told me my wish list couldn't be done (and offered me much less for DOUBLE my budget) Lee saw possibilities everywhere she looked. She literally turned what "couldn't be done" into a bonus feature -- with extra storage and seating! And she was careful to meet my budget goals!!
