Honestly I've been getting my counter tops from this company and a lot of other ones over the years. but I have to say Art's custom countertops hands down is my favorite business to deal with, and I always get what I ask for at fair prices... I now just avoid all other companies due to lack of quality and customer experience.. Art's are family owned and operated happy helpful staff. I highly recommend.

Ordered a countertop from them. Had the plumber on site and ready to go for the install. Countertop wasn't even close to fitting the cabinets. When I called they were like Oh yeah we new they wouldn't fit but let you have it anyways.. Out the money to get the plumber back a second time plus the added cost of renting a U-Haul a second time.
Cindy just didn't care. Will never use again.

I hired Art's Custom Countertops recently after I installed a new dishwasher. The installer said the dishwasher drain was installed too high by the plumber I hired but nonetheless proceeded to force the dishwasher in place in a rough way breaking the drain hose and causing water to spill on floor. I was able to get a partial credit from the plumbing company but Art's refused to take any responsibility in the matter or offer a partial credit for their part of the damages. I am still on the hook for a couple hundred bucks. Having stood there when it happened I really feel they were partially responsible

Great advice provided for our custom countertop that we needed as the "crown" for the custom island my husband made to provide more cabinet space in our kitchen. The countertop arrived earlier than expected, and the fit was perfect! It looks fabulous. Excellent work and service.

Excellent service from Cindy in the office, and the installer Carey (SP?) made a perfect fit of the countertop to the walls. He also had some really useful advice about other parts of the project that saved a lot of trouble. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

Just had Arts make 2 custom counter tops for us and they turned out awesome! We accidentally damaged one (our fault, not theirs), and had to have it remade. Art's remade it quickly and for much less than I thought they would charge us. I would happily recommend them.
