We wanted a timeless classic kitchen and that is what was delivered. From beginning to end the experience with the Castle Kitchens team has been great.
What I appreciated most of all was they were true to their word. They delivered exactly what they said and, on the date, they said they would deliver. When we had initially engaged them, we had been burned by another company who could not deliver so I was skeptical.
All the people we encountered at Castle Kitchens were professional and thorough. From our project manager and sales; Grigori, Prince and Gagan to the delivery people to the installers

Great experience at Bath Emporium. We were looking for a tub, shower kit, faucets and vanities for two bathrooms that we renovated. Aashna was wonderful in helping us select our items. She was knowledgeable and very patient as she reviewed several options with us before we made our final purchase. Prices at Bath Emporium were reasonable. They offered a great selection and good quality. We are happy with our purchases and the service provided. We recommend Bath Emporium and will use them again in the future.

Worst walk-in experience for such high end store!!!! Wish I can give 0 star!!! I’m 9 months pregnant and need to move-in to new house ASAP and know how hard COVID will making things delayed. Place order a months ahead and never get back from them about any delay until a week ahead to confirm came to pick up then they told me missing parts. And 2 weeks chase after them to get the missing parts and still told me it’s vendor’s fault! My contractors will be done the job after the weekend and I have no idea when I can get my missing parts!!! And who is gonna pay for my extra lose to hire them

These guys don't stand behind what they sell.
Bought a $1700 bath tub from them less than a month ago. We finally have the contractors come in today and when we took it out of the box we noticed that the bottom was chipped in 2 locations. These were at the bottom so I couldn't see them without taking them out of the box, so they went unnoticed until today. Called the company and was essentially told "tough luck, we have a policy that customers are responsible for damage after 24 hours. We can refer you to a repair guy and you can fix it on your dime".

From the first time we walked into Castle Kitchens, to delivery of our custom kitchen, our experience of buying a kitchen from Castle Kitchens could not have gone any better than our expectations. Prince was the first of many who was positive, friendly and made us feel welcome.

This company is HORRIBLE. Disgusting customer service. Please trust me, never ever ever ever order from then. They are scammers. They are liars. They will mess up your order multiple times, they will rip you off. Save your time. Save your energy and never ever order from bath emporium. They messed up my order I had to wait months for and didn't fixed it. Missed pieces of my order and won't give my money back. What a disgusting business.

So I was referred this place from one of my friends. I was told I would get high quality stuff and good service. When I walked in the place was big and nicely laid out. I was greeted right away from Jasmeet.
She was very good with her service. She has great knowledge of the product and offered suggestions that I didn't get from other places.

I would absolutely not recommend this place. We ordered bathroom sink and bathtub faucets, as well as a handheld shower faucet and the thermostatic valve and trim from Bath Emporium on Feb 24th. We ordered them in a custom finish, brushed gold. We were told the items would take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Four weeks after placing the order, I called to enquire as to the expected timing. I was told the ETA would be more like 6-8 weeks from order date. One week later I called back, and learned that our order had been erroneously cancelled or put on hold, and so would be further delayed.

Referred by a friend to go to Bath Emporium to get bathroom fixtures. The sales lady Teresa Chen I dealt with offered exceptional customer service to the picky me. She was patient, kind, sweet and professional. I must have asked a million questions and she never flinched. Having dealt with Bath Emporium for all the bathrooms in my house, I have to say that I am extremely pleased with the final outcome.
Reading the other reviews on here I could see why they are disappointed as I too found that the best way to get something accomplished is to actually go into the store instead of trying to do things by the phone.
But once I was in the store, the sales team were all extremely helpful and knowledgeable about how renovations work and the types of products that would and not work in my space. After I picked the vanities and faucets that I wanted, they gave me printed

I should have read the reviews on Yelp (1/5) and Homestars (4.8/10) for Bath Emporium before calling about a custom order sink. Like previous reviewers, I am disappointed I cannot give Bath Emporium a rating of 0.
If you are looking to be treated like a Rogers/Bell customer, then this is the place to call. You will be passed to three different salespeople, put on hold, and then have to repeat the same information to each salesperson.
The third salesperson was condescending when I stated the dimensions I was looking for (to be specific, I quoted numbers off the manufacturer's website

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars.
The sales people are seem very nice and they are pleasant when you order, but fulfilling the orders have been nothing but a nightmare for us.
I would NEVER use this place again.
We spent over $3,000 dollars on a vanity, kitchen sink, 2 faucets and a Toto toilet. The vanity didn't arrive at their store until 6 weeks or more after we had ordered it.
Finally when everything arrived, the toilet had a hairline fracture it in. Now they tell us, they have to 'test' it first, and then will 'see' if they can give us a replacement
