Update: As per their response to this review, I gave them a call and spoke to a nice lady who said someone would be in touch. That’s a few weeks ago now...
Our general contracting company hired Bill Knight to do floors and two showers for a residential project. The coordination with the installers was complicated by Bill Knights rep involvement(Wylie)
Bill Knight has been fully paid for all work.
The workmanship for one shower was poor, especially compared to the work of the other shower(by different installer). Bill Knight attempted

Ric in Sales was very knowledgeable and we found a top name brand LVP product that we did not see elsewhere in the city. We shopped the other flooring stores and did not have the same great experience. The entire purchase from getting a detailed quote and adjusting as needed, to delivery, installation and cleanup went smoothly. Daryl was the lead installer. We will definitely shop there again with confidence!

BK wouldn’t warranty their work from poorly managed scheduling and insufficient trade work. Owner stopped communicating with our company after getting paid out for the job. Wylie was disorganized during the project and unprofessional when called out about it. I’m sure a lot of great people work here, but this job left us to redo the work for the client, at our expense.

Met with Heather and had a wonderful experience shopping for an entrance and area rug. Heather is very experienced and she was extremely patient with us. We picked up two carpets to try and we are very happy with both. We have always purchased high quality carpets from Bill Knight and will continue to do so.

Sales staff was initially friendly and knowledgeable, and quote for glass tile was the cheapest we found. We got called in twice to pick up tile, only to discover both times that the order had been misread, and different parts of the order had arrived, not the tiles. The profile ordered by our salesperson was the wrong size for the tiles, and she put up a fight before finally giving us a refund for it. Despite the obvious slip ups, every misunderstanding or setback throughout the process was assumed to be my fault.

Bill Knight Flooring's customer service went above and beyond. My sister and I purchased a beautiful carpet remnant for our 86 year old Mother's new living space in a supportive housing home.
The transition to the new place took some time, so we never unpacked the carpet. Weeks later it became apparent that the carpet would be a tripping hazard (her vision is not the best). What were we going to do with this new carpet?

We purchased porcelain tile and carpet and had both installed by Bill Knight. We were overjoyed with their product and the workmanship that went into each flooring application... the finished results for both were outstanding! A major con for having them do the install though was punctuality... workers were hours later than promised times for the… entire two week installation process and only once were we telephoned to let us know so we spent a whole lot of time waiting for people to show up. If they could get their schedules sorted out and keep us informed, we would have been inclined to

We had a great experience purchasing an area rug here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was never any pressure put on us to purchase anything. They had a very large and impressive selection of various sizes of area rugs; the largest I've ever seen. Great selection of designs and colours so it was pretty easy for us to find some options that we liked.

I absolutely loved the service I got at Bill Knight. I love the new vinyl flooring in my bathrooms and kitchen, I have had so many compliments. I thought that my salesperson was great. They have even phoned my since to ask how everything has been working out with my flooring. I would definitely recommend Bill Knight flooring to anyone looking for quality service and quality flooring.

I'm sorry to say it- they were nice people, but no follow through. We had Adura Mannington tile installed in our house a year ago, and it scratched immediately. And badly. We contacted them, and they basically said, 'contact the manufacturer, we can't help you'. Well, the manufacturer, Mannington, said 'call the installer'. This went on a bit and ended with a bit of a whimper. You win, Bill Knight, we give up!!! But don't look for us to come through your doors again....
