Muks Kum Ol Housing Society has worked with Progressive Ventures with Design Build and Major Renovation Projects over the past 20 years. Every Project was a smooth, professional process. Working in a diverse area Progressive Ventures has learned to adapt our services to the needs of the region. To rise to the needs of our clients we have expanded our services to ensure we can add value to any project.
PVL has been the General Contractor on many projects over the last 13 years where I was the Architect including a Gold LEED project for BC Housing. Their ability demonstrated during construction showed that they have the experience and background to execute complicated design and detail with excellent results.
Working in the unique climate of Northwest BC Progressive Ventures has completed a diverse portfolio of projects. To ensure the job is done right Progressive Ventures prides itself on our relationship with all stakeholders. Each job is approached with a safety-first mindset and focus on adding value for our clients.
Project: Our firm was contracted to construct Lime Silo pads, conveyor foundations for raw ore, various concrete flat work, pipe bridging, glycol containment tanks and vent raises. Project: We acted as logistics coordinator and project manager in the construction of their remote, helicopter access infrastructure including numerous heli pads, drill pads and exploration camps.

Progressive Ventures is a diverse company that can handle many facets of Construction in the industry. They are constantly in the persuit of diverse and challenging projects to further expand their portfolio. The office and people consist of highly experienced people that are ready for any challenge.
