Recently had an issue with our Navien water tank. Ron from Miracon was so helpful and efficient during this. The whole Miracon customer service has been great and helpful with all of our questions since we bought our Miracon house a year and a half ago. We love our house and highly recommend Miracon!

With all new homes there are always small items that will need attention long after the completion date. With that said, it’s obvious you’re a customer of Miracon well after you’ve taken possession.
This company has a dedicated group of employees and leadership who truly are a part of a bigger picture here. Their customer care has been excellent and we thank them for that.
Side note: our first impression from their show home was the obvious attention to detail. Hardly any builders these days will do finished ceilings. That takes a lot more time and effort.

I bought in February 2017 mircon developed westside the house until today, June 5, we raised the question still no one to repair. A week has passed, a month has passed ... ... now three months passed. “1,The final paint unfinished(include door ,exterior wall , garage...... 2,Repair the paint damage caused by replacing fireplace marble . 3,There is… a weird ticking sound in my house.Mainly in the main floor and the basement.Sometimes it sounds like from the wall and sometimes like from the basement ceiling.I don't know if it is a leaking sound or a structure issue or something else
