We recently had a flooded basement and we contacted Burke's Restoration services to assist us to control the damage.
In less than an hour (mind you, it was a Saturday morning) had an assessment done by the area manager and within 45 minutes the restoration team came along to remediate the situation.
The crew was just fabulous: professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, very helpful and careful as they were installing the equipment to dry our basement.
The pricing was VERY decent (considering the guys showed up on a Saturday noon) and the communication with the crew and manager was splendid. They

Matt and his crew from Burke's Restoration arrived quickly and and were professional about everything. Matt took the time to walk me through the process and cover everything that was involved. Once a plan was finalized his team worked fast to get it done, and they got it done well!

The contractors at Burke's Restoration have been an absolute pleasure to work with. Both friendly and professional, Kevin and Dion not only did a great job fixing my ceiling and preventing water damage, but they did it with a smile on their face and an engaging, personable attitude.

I had a pipe leak under the kitchen island. Burkes restoration London went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin, Hany and Matthew, and each of them genuinely cared about my home as if it was theirs. This sort of customer service is hard to come by these days. They were always on time, always texted me updates, they were genuine, kind, and professional individuals. Kudos Burke's London! Highly recommended.
