Harry was very helpful and informative. He went the extra mile to make sure I was familiar with how to use my sonos system I bought through him. he even Set up my second TV and old Sony gear that I didn’t purchase from Him free of charge. He goes above and beyond to get the job done right and will follow up if there are ever any issues. He found competitive prices for my home entrainment system. I never felt pressured to buy what I didn’t need.

Harry dealt w/ our issue professionally and promptly. Based on preliminary information, it appeared I'd have to replace a pricey component.
(The system could not be diagnosed remotely as it was originally installed by another Control4 provider and still ran an older OS). However, Harry took the time to come to our house to confirm and was able to resolve the issue on-site fairly quickly, saving me some $$. Based on my experience, I do not hesitate to recommend him.

Digital Smart Homes and their crew created the perfect and affordable video/audio system for our apartment in Yaletown. The Control 4 based system is affordable and user friendly. We obtained other bids and DSH offered the best solution for the product and services we were looking for. They worked with what we wanted and did not push unneeded expensive products. Harry and Diego continued to answer any questions promptly after installation and all the systems are seamless. I have used them recently for upgrades with the same excellent result. Great company that I recommend highly.

I sent an email with an attached floorplan to 30+ home automation companies.
Harry Saini from Digital Smart Homes was the only one that immediately gave a itemized quote and cost breakdown.
He also labeled the floorplan that we sent with the placement of zones and items.
While other companies would likely provide a similar estimate given more info, it was nice of Harry to put in the work right away.
