I am from Windsor ontario i bought rug from Samir rug 2 months ago but when I brought back to my home I didn't like it I called them they offer me return any Time after some time I did change rug owner was very gentle and he told me take rug home and if u like then etransfer me rest of money I didn't like that rug too and owner told me brought back and after month I brought back and I change my rug and bought 1 more rug and I pay him 750 by etransfer he was such a gentle man and offer me take both rug and if like then pay me but I did pay him right there.as far my experience is very great with

Bought an area rug for my bedroom 9'.6"x 13" from Samir about 6yrs ago now, paid $1000.00 before tax. After about 2 or 3 yrs some fibers in the rug started breaking down, as time went on it got worst, the biding around the carpet is coming apart too. Now this rug looks terrible and need to be replaced. when considering low traffic this rugs is definitively of low quality. Went to see him 2 yrs ago mentioned the issues his response was to try to sale me another rug and ignore the problems with his product. beware people
