Second time user of the good Doctor. Last time used was 4 years ago. Held up great even though the driveway was somewhat abused with dirt and gravel last summer. Driveway is 20 years old and looks like new once it’s sealed. Response was great and followup on a minor miss was immediate. Very satisfied with the outcome.

It is with regret I leave this review. I've never had issues in the past but I sense the business is too busy to pay attention to detail like it once did. They got seal on the concrete and some interlock when sealing my driveway Nobody came back to clean it after repeated requests to do so. The lawn sign was left behind too. Unlike what the reply said, it is the same company as I called the number listed on their website. The fact they they won't even apologize and try to make this better makes me even more disappointed.

I hired the Driveway Doctor to seal our asphalt and our interlock after having them do our snow removal for a number is years. I am impressed on all 3 services.
The snow removal service is exceptional. No they are not there by 7am like some people seem to expect but I understand they have more than one client and cannot be everywhere at the same time. I think if you have realistic expectations and do not think you are their only client or your property is more important than others you will be happy with the service.
Our asphalt driveway looks incredible. It almost looks like a newly paved driveway

BUYER BEWARE! I am not a person to complain and honestly had used the Dr Doctor for 10 years on my asphalt driveway without issue. However, I recently moved and had them come to seal interlock. It was a complete mess from the first day. You’ll notice white residue and blotches. This was brand new interlock and John Marsh said he’d come back to fix. That was May 7!
Despite multiple calls and emails he is quoted as saying “take me to small claims court but there is no warranty”. Funny how they take your money up front, mess the job and won’t fix it. YES he will tell you’ll he will come

I contacted The Driveway Doctor through their website for a quote. They replied immediately and scheduled an appointment. They arrived on time and everything was great. The gentleman was polite. Explained the service and did exactly as described. Prepped and cleaned the driveway. Cleaned the oil stains and hand applied the sealer. My driveway looks like brand new again. I would not hesitate to recommend The Driveway Doctor in the future. Cheers Jim

The Driveway Doctor has been providing me with snow removal service for several years. I am amazed at some of the reviews being left her because they have always been excellent to deal with. They often show up within a few hours of the end of a snow storm which is very fast. My previous contractor would sometimes take 15 or even 24 hours before showing up. The owner is very communicative and keeps me well informed of what is going on and what to expect. The trick to being happy with any snow removal contractor is to have realistic expectations. I do not feel I should be plowed before anyone else
