I am very happy as I no longer have to go on the roof during a downpour to unblock the drains. We have been using this company for many years now and they are very professional. Perfectly Clear uses environmentally-friendly dish soap, rubber squeegees, and 100% cotton cloths to clean your windows by hand*. This method (as opposed to blasting the gutter with a hose) prevents debris and silt from being forced down the downpipes (which can cause blockages in your perimeter drain). We carefully transfer debris into buckets, and then into larger barrels to be hauled away. Wet cloths are dragged through the gutters to ensure they are as clean as possible, and downpipes are flushed with water as needed to guarantee they are unclogged and flowing.

Homes prone to heavy debris (leaves, pine needles, even heavily-shedding granules from shingles) often need multiple gutter cleanings per year to maintain the gutter system and prevent blockages (overflows, and in some cases, even roof leaks).

Aside from being an eyesore, moss has the potential to damage the structural integrity of your roof. Rather than pressure washing, which has the potential to cause damage and leaks - we will remove moss by hand. For the thin layer of moss remaining, we apply a detergent to the roof, which eventually does the rest of the work.

Just one exCeption the windows look great. they were quick and careful about the plantings in front of the windows.
After I specifically asked them to not leave before I had a chance to look around they dashed off. Usually much friendlier guys but obviously in a huge rush. I would use them again as I think the company is trustworthy and does a good job as I have them do my gutters as well.

I had Perfectly Clear come to my house to clean gutters, install gutter guards, and clean my windows and deck glass last week.
The crew was on time, clean, professional and stayed late to finish the job, even on a very hot day.
When they left, the clean windows made the entire house feel fresh and clean!

Jason and the crew did an amazing job for us. The gutters were clean and the area was clean and tidy when they left. He noticed a few issues and brought them to our attention for repair. When cleaning the windows, they were very respectful of our space and did an amazing job inside and out! We are hiring them regularly now to take care of our home. thanks Jason and Crew!
