Someone must be onsite to help receive the product being delivered unless we have received prior authorization to drop it off and leave it unattended (at the customer's risk). Our driver will leave the goods in a garage, driveway or inside the building (if possible) but not obligated to do so if the item is too large or cumbersome to handle alone.
If you find a current lower price on an identical in -stock item from a local retailer's store or website, we will match the price. Items must be able to ship to the customer's location at the time of price match. If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a Canadian online only retailer's website, we will price match this item.
We are proud to support the products we sell but cannot support items purchased from our competitors. Therefore to receive a warranty part at no charge you must provide us with the invoice number from which the original purchase was made from. Otherwise we will provide you with the manufacturers' customer service number and website.

Unless you have succumbed to the current paranoia and hysteria over COVID, keep shopping . There are dozens of places which sell plumbing supplies. Two weeks ago, this store accosted me over the issue of wearing a mask. I was ordered out of the store by a "Director" - whatever that is. I have a valid medical exemption card displayed and complied… with their rules on sanitizing hands and wearing of rubber gloves they provided. The store was EMPTY with the exception of abut 8 staff - FIVE of which were NOT wearing masks. I explained the medical exemption to this "Director" and the violation

You may want to have someone with a little more customer service oriented attitude answering the phone. I called with a simple question re: if a particular Moen faucet was in stock/carried by your business. The response:(insert snarky tone) "well I can't help you...the consultants are all busy and I can't look that up for you." Really? Then if… you can't help why are you answering the phone? Does your company not have a computerized system where a model number can be searched? I would have happily come and bought this high end faucet but since you don't my $$ I can get the same one from

Excellent products at competitive pricing AND customer service. We recently renovated our master bathroom and after all was done, we noticed that they gave us a slightly different shower system. Boone/Mondeau stepped up and offered to do whatever necessary to make it right. A full refund of the shower kit or come and remove the valve and install the proper one. As the issue was cosmetic only we chose the refund.
