Had an awesome experience with Dustin. He went to my house without me present while I was out of town on work. He measured up the windows and showed me all the different designs and colours over the phone. We had everything picked out and dealt with quickly and easily. Amazing customer service! We ordered a blind for my mother's Mission Group condo that she was moving out of. Mission Group had no patience for the replacement from Blinds Plus to arrive. Blinds Plus, having already placed the order, graciously did not charge my mom, and chose to try to find a new 'home' for the blind. CHOOSE Blinds Plus...run as far as you can from anything Mission Group related.

I had an issue with my blinds that were about 5 years old that were installed when my place was built. After being treated rudely over the phone by QUICKbkinds repair and left hanging for three weeks, I phoned the building developer to find out that blinds plus had installed them. I was greeted very kindly by Marley on the phone, and within the hour she had Nelson at my place to promptly do the job. A+ customer service and workmanship, highly recommended. Thanks guys!!

Dave is fantastic. We’ve worked with him on several occasions. He supplies a wide array of blinds so it was easy to find exactly what we wanted for our home. It’s great having Dave come directly to your home with samples so you can imagine exactly how something’s going to look before selecting it. We recently added additional blinds and Dave was able to give us an exact match. They are made from quality wood and our older blinds still look 100% next to the new blinds. Would highly recommend this company because of their great customer service, personality, punctuality, cost and overall product

We had some blinds installed in 2017, from Blinds Plus. We were very pleased with the quality product and quality service.
We recently replaced our French doors with blinds inside the glass, and wanted to move the external blinds we had to our bedroom. Dave came out and moved them for us at no charge! We ordered blinds and the day after they arrived Nelson and Carlin came to install them. The blinds are wonderful. We also needed an adjustment to some existing blinds which they did at no additional cost. We needed a small tweak and Nelson came the next day and made a small adjustment. we're very happy with the quality and service.

Wow I just received the BEST customer service ever!! I called Blinds Plus today about a blind chain repair and the owner/operator, Dave, was able to come out to my home and repair the issue on the same day.
