We called them to clean a blood spot. They did not get the stain out and said they would come back to finish the job. But they never came back and charged us full price anyways. We called them four times and they said they cannot get the stain out. Would recommend you take your business elsewhere.

If I can give less than star I would.
This is by so far worst customer service cleaning company. They respect the money but not costumer.
When you make the deal, they used to increase and add hidden fees, the workers took the order from the boss to disrespect the Clint and to treat the customers with yelling and insulting misbehavior. With a racist attitude and tone they wont hesitate to describe you from your look and area you live in.
I still have the SMS evidence in my cellphone from the company manager saying my area in the city is cheap people and scammer, at any time I can took them easily
