I have been with Monster Plow for about 5 or 6 years now, they have the most professional team, from George, to Samantha, to the snow removal team on the road. They come by the the guaranteed time, and they make multiple visits during freezing rain, sleet events. I never have to worry about them not showing up, as I had experience with that with the company I hired before Monster. I cannot say enough good about them. If you're looking for reliable service, give their team a call!

My gym has been using Monster Plowing for the past five years and they have been truly incredible. They offer reasonable pricing and a high level of professionalism. We run a busy store here in Etobicoke, and contracted the parking lots and walkways to Monster for them to take care of the snow for the last three winters. The work was always done quickly, and they automatically come out whenever there is even a little bit of snow on the ground. We really like the green ice melter they use for deicing, especially because they apply it every time they come plow and even for freezing rain, so our property never had any issues with customers getting in and out of the store safely.

As returning plow driver for my second year, I can't explain how amazing and different this plowing company is! When you come to work everyone is positive and the comradery is outstanding here, if u need help with anything the whole team helps out. I can proudly say this one of the best companies I ever worked for. This is the 3rd year I have entrusted monster plowing company with my building and let me say there will be many more years to come. Top notch service and very professional. I used Monster Plowing at my home- we have a fairly large driveway + multiple walkways. Monster always did a thorough job around the parked cars as well as made the walk way really clean and safe for all of us. They were on time the entire season and customer service was excellent. I have used Monster Plowing Company for about five years. They provide snow clearing for a parking area for 24 town-homes. The service has been very good - they have preformed in accordance with our contract - most of the time beyond the terms of the contract. They have arrived and completed the work on time or earlier. The parking area is generally clear of snow and ice. They are responsive when there are concerns of the various owners. I would recommended them.

My husband travels for work and I am working in Toronto. We used to take care of our rental properties ourselves but due to challenging work circumstances we've had to hire out the various work required to keep our tenants happy. To avoid potential disasters we generally hire contractors based on word of mouth, and a friend had recommended Monster Plowing to take care of the snow work.
They were able to contract all three of our homes even though they are in different areas of the city. Although my husband and I are always away from home it was very easy for us to deal with the Monster Plowing

I live on a small private road in Toronto, which means the city is not responsible for clearing snow on my roadway. This is why a contract with MP has been so important. That being said, there has not been one time this winter so far where MP has cleared my road in a timely fashion in order to allow me to get to work on time. This past weekend it snowed both days, and by Monday morning, MP had not cleared my road once. The previous week when we received upwards of 20 cms of snow, MP arrived AFTER the neighbours had gotten home from work and cleared the road in a community effort ourselves.

I am on the board of a small condo association in Toronto. Our contract with Monster is to clear the snow on a small private road. They have been a huge disappointment. We paid for a premium service level and they have yet to provide even basic service. They assured us repeatedly that service will improve and it seems to get worse with each snowfall. Their customer service has been worse than the plowing results. To the point that it seems that we are being punished for complaining. Not only would I not recommend this company, I would actively encourage others to stay away.
