I just want to follow up on a roller shade order that we purchased through New Accent Window Fashions in April 2020. The product that they recommended was (CBM) X7 battery motorized shades along with X4 manual which was to be manufactured by Canadian Blind Manufacturing which is a local company located in Richmond BC. One more item was the fantastic remote control that can be wall mounted and is extremely easy to use and comes with 15 channels so there is endless possibilities.
The product was installed by New Accent and everything manufactured was exactly to the measurements that was requested

We purchased our blinds in 2011 from a company that is no longer in business. Recently one of our blinds started having trouble with lifting mechanism. Knowing that these were CBM blinds from the sticker on them, we decided to call them. The lady in Customer Service was very understanding of our situation. She helped us through the repair process promptly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience for us and we will definitely look for CBM blinds when making our next purchase.
