Top Pair Roofing did an excellent job of replacing the shingles on one of our farm buildings four years ago. This time, they went above and beyond to reroof our challenging home before winter rains began. The original two level home was built in 1893 (balloon construction with amazing knot-free uninterrupted timber) with permitted and inspected additions in 1993-4 and later. The previous roofing and re-roofing over our 33 years here was shockingly shoddy, with no ventilation in most areas.
