I have been in the renovation business for 38 years and have been dealing with One Stop Plumbing all along.
Not only do they stock parts that are almost impossible to find anywhere else, but they have the knowledge and experience to source almost any parts still available anywhere.

Polly was a great help with my old outdoor facet stem...she didn't have stock of a new one..so she offered to remove the stripped screw and install a new washer...I left it with her and she called a couple hours later to say she had replaced the washer and it was ready to pick up. I installed it and no leaks...Polly was very pleasant and nice to deal with...

I needed two bonnets that would fit to hold escutcheons on an old sink. The owner had the bonnets and even cut a small copper pipe I needed to thread into the existing stems, making sure the cut pipe' s threads would work.
He went the extra mile for a first-time customer who could have shrugged me off like many other specialty stores I, a non-specialist, have visited.
He adopted my problem as his own, and I am still stunned at his professionalism.
He charged me $20.00; I gave him $30.00. I should have given him a bigger tip. He deserved it.

I had just spent a long time on the phone with a KW Pool Store explaining a fitting I needed for an emergency leak repair, but they didn't understand what I required.

The kind and professional lady at the counter found the exact fitting I needed in about 30 seconds! Thank to her I fixed my pool leak emergency for less than $10!

Needed some parts for an early evening emergency plumbing repair. The lady that was there kept the shop opened for a short while after their closing time to allow me time to get there. I walked through the door, told her what I needed and within minutes had a pile on the counter of everything I would need. Incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly and invaluably helpful, and only cost literally PENNIES over what they would have charged at one of the 'big boxes'. This isn't the first time this store has saved my plumbing bacon, and they've earned my business forever. Go here before you go anywhere

Exceptional service! I had a plumbing problem that needed some parts to repair. Big box stores didn't have the part and sent me here. I called after hours (unknowingly) and the store owner picked up the phone to help. They waited (~20 m ins) till I got there to buy what I needed before closing the store. Amazing customer service! And I fixed my plumbing issue.
