We are extremely happy with the level of service and the very high quality of their products. We recently had 2 large retractable screens professionally installed by Artistic Awning on our sundeck and to say we are pleased is an understatement. In addition to the practicality of the screens they look really really good! They were designed to match the colour and decor of our deck. I highly recommend them if you want a high end screen or awning professionally installed. They do exactly what they say they will do! Plus they are a local company!

My wife and I had contacted Artistic Awning in regards to getting a new reskin, and we are so happy we did. Not only did Wade and Clinton change our fabric (which is a perfect match for our home) they took the time to fix a pre-existing issue due to wear and tear of our frame. The team from Artistic Awning was from the start to the end of the Project. We had 4 old awning system that where in need of replacement. Artistic awning inspected the system, rather them replacing the entire unit it was more cost effective to rebuild. From ordering the part, having the installation date set to commissioning the system everything was well communicated. Great local service provider anytime again!!!!

Mike and his team are terrific!! A year after installation of 12 roll shutters I had difficulty opening and closing them. We had a very dusty summer from a new vineyard under construction that clogged some of the small openings in the screens. Mike and his crew spent today taking them apart and cleaning them, no questions asked. Super people, great service. Very professional!! I highly recommend them!!

In December 2020 we had retractable screens installed in our condo and at the time of installation the three boys who did the install were friendly, very polite and very very careful with our home. We have antique (over 100 year old) furniture and they were very understanding of the situation. Also as this is a condo it was quite a bit more difficult to get all the rails and blinds into our unit but never did we ever hear any complaining only happy faces. With regards to Mike he was very informative and patient with all of our questions and concerns. The actual install took most of the day but

This is the second installation that we have used Artistic Awning for and have been very happy with the product and the service. The first install had some defects that affected the performance of the product. After unsuccessful attempts were made to repair the product, Artistic Awning offered to replace the screens. This was completed in a timely manner and we even received an upgrade for the inconvenience. Nice people to deal with.

Mike and his team are very hard working, professional and conscientious. They installed some very large blinds on our windows and the results are amazing. Great colour matching to our stucco, the blinds blend in seamlessly with our home. We have large west facing windows and when the sun comes around the corner the blinds go down and the heat stays out. We love our blinds, well worth it!
