We priced out cabinetry for our kitchen with several cabinet shops in Victoria.
Decided to hire Onsite to build and install our new kitchen cabinets based on quality of materials, willingness to custom build to accommodate our design at a price point that fit the budget.
Roy was very helpful in adjusting some design aspects to improve functionality and enhance symmetry in our space. Experience is key here.
It was important to us to deal directly with a local shop rather than cabinets built in Vancouver, Calgary or Montreal, as ongoing communication with your cabinet builder is very important

We did a lot of shopping at the Big box stores and finally decided on Onsite Cabinets. Quality cabinets at a reasonable price. Best of all was the service, advise & patience that was provided to us. The installer, Dave, was able to customize the installation to accommodate for unexpected issues. The cabinets are a show piece in our suite. We highly recommend Roy and his crew at Onsite.

Roy and his team did an absolutely amazing job with our new cabinets. Roy had the vision for a complete re-design of our kitchen that has made it so much more functional with much better flow. The quality of materials is excellent and his installer was a perfectionist who put in significant time beyond what was estimated to address the challenges of our old house. Our kitchen is stunning. When we were planning our move into the new condo, we approached several cabinet makers in Victoria to get advice and quotes on two built-in closets and a dining cabinet/pantry unit. Of the four companies we approached, Onsite Cabinets was by far the best. Roy Buchanan took the time to sit down with us and do a rough draft, discussed materials, advised us on what would work best and then sent us an estimate within two days. He was incredibly patient with changes in our scheduling due to delay in our condo completion date, and went beyond in fitting our installation into their very busy schedule

We were extremely happy with the quality of work that Roy and Jim provided - they were timely, professional, patient and very personable. We encountered no problems: Roy payed attention to all the details and was able to anticipate any issues that might arise. They even took the time to explain material choice and quality, so that we were able to make the best choice for us. As a former cabinet installer, when I considered cabinets for my renovation project I didn't bother getting quotes from any other cabinet shops having had the opportunity of simply watching Roy install on various job sites . I immediately recognized his ability as a professional and wasn't disappointed when I accepted the finished product for my kitchen and bathrooms. He took the liberty of adding a few custom pieces to the order I wasn't expecting which made for a much more visually appealing finish overall! Thanks again Roy, I'll definately be using you again .

When we renovated our kitchen we had many people come to quote on our cabinets. Roy from On Site was the only person that came up with a unique design and really spent time making sure it would be something that would be functional and beautiful at the same time.
