I had AmSteam come and steam clean my car floor carpets. Dave came and completed the whole process for me. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He wrapped everything up quickly and the results were phenomenal. I showed off the results to a few friends and was happy to refer them. Well worth it.

AmSteam was recommended to us by family members and were very reasonably priced. The technician, Darren was very knowledgable and arrived on time.
A few days later we found that there was still a considerable amount of pet hair in the carpet. We contacted AmSteam who were very professional and accommodating and told us that the website should not have actually stated removal of pet hair. AmSteam was happy to send out the technician again who did a thorough vacuuming.
All in all the service was great, just the website was wrong.
I would recommend AmSteam for future carpet cleaning.

Darren from AmSteam was out to clean our carpets today. He did a very good job of getting the stains, dirt and oils out of the old carpet. He was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining things. He was also very good with our two dogs, always a bonus!
Jody booked the appointment for us by email and was very good when we needed to reschedule before of an unforeseen work appointment that came up the same week. We will definitely be having AmSteam come out to do our carpets again. Thanks!

Great Service!! Darren came out and provided a fair and accurate estimate. Mikhail came out and completed the carpet cleaning at my business and was able to get out the stains and dried paint from when we completed our renovation when other carpet cleaning companies didn't even try. Carpet looks amazing and I would defidently recommend AmSteam to others and I will be a repeat customer.

The service I received was professional and courteous. AmSteam was able to fit me in last minute at the end of the month move out. The technician was on time and was diligent on removing some tough pet stains that I had. He was respectful and professional and took the time to explain about the stains. We had our furnace and our carpets cleaned by AmSteam - they were very responsive to my email. Followed up to provide an accurate as possible quote and to confirm my information and booking. We haven't had our carpets cleaned for a long time but Amsteam did a great job for a reasonable price. Darren was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous and made our carpets look great even though they are older. The use of non-toxic products was important for us and our cats and it smells so fresh because thyme is an ingredient!! We are really happy with the service and result and will definitely use Amsteam again…sooner though! Thanks again Darren!!

I would highly recommend AmSteam to anyone. Our carpets were disgusting to the point that it was embarrassing to have people over at our house. AmSteam came and completely changed that! They were professional and courteous and manged to get our carpets looking and smelling like new again. Darren was awesome and I would highly recommend having him as your technician. Great customer service all the way through from the booking appointment phone call through the consultation and until the completed service. We had our whole house cleaned as well as a few pieces of furniture by Darren. He was extremely helpful kind and awesome at what he does. No scammers here as we've heard that could happen with cleaning companies with up-selling etc. Everything came out very clean and smelled and looked brand new. Excellent trouble free communication with Christine prior the cleaning. Darren called the morning of as promised and he arrived on pronto time! His business card says he is a Master Technician. Well he may be that, but I'm telling you he's a magician too. Our filthy, never been cleaned in 10 years carpets are like brand new. Darren just saved us a Re carpeting job. I had a flood in my home with significant hardwood damage. AmSteam sent Andrew out who managed the restoration and repair of 6 affected units.
Professional, kind and understanding. They treat your loss like their own and go the extra mile. While our condo board elected to use another vendor for the repair I can't recommend AmSteam enough.

I am so happy that I read the reviews on Am Steam. I had a regular carpet cleaner guy I used but he must have gone out of business because I couldn't get through to him. So I was searching for a new company. I heard horror stories of companies giving you a quote then adding on to it as they did your carpets. The guys were friendly and fast. They offered us stain repellent to ensure a better clean carpet. We knew we needed it because it had been years since we did them. We didn't do the whole house but we're very satisfied with the job they did. We will be calling them back once

When I made the booking, I was very clear that we had two bedrooms, and a combined living/dining area that needed to be cleaned. I was quoted $160 and booked for the cleaning. Because of the floor I'm on, they have to use their portable machine, and assured me it's much better than the portable machines you get at a grocery store. I asked if there's anything I need to know before the cleaning, and the lady told me to just make sure all my breakables, plants, lamps, etc

I decided to go with AmSteam after I couldn't get into contact with Mighty Carpet - and I am SO happy that I chose to go with them instead. Their response time was within 24 hours. Someone called me, gave me an estimate, and booked the cleaning within the week! The woman (Caitlin?) who I talked to on the phone was so helpful, and asked me enough questions that it felt like she wanted to get it all done properly. I made an inquiry on the Facebook page and someone replied right away. We wanted the carpet and fabrics cleaned in our motor home so I was directed to the website for booking. All correspondence was answered right away and booking was so painless! On the day of our appointment our technician called and asked if he could come earlier. He arrived within minutes of when he said he would and quickly got to work. I was so pleased with the job he did and his friendly professional manner. I would definitely recommend AmSteam!!!

This was our 2nd time using Amsteam's carpet cleaning services. Our technician this year was Todd and we have to say that we were very impressed with his professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. The reason for the 4 stars was that last year only the stepping surfaces of our carpeted stairs got cleaned by the technician and not the risers. We mentioned this to Todd and he took care of this for us, leaving that nice triangular pattern after the cleaning. A couple of years ago we used them to clean the carpets and a couch in our two-story home. We had a nasty flu go through and could not get rid of the smells despite our best efforts. We called up AmSteam and they were extremely professional, thorough and had some of the most impressive gear I've ever seen - their truck-mount unit is one of the few in the city that can actually get temperatures hot enough to kill all the nasties. Would definitely consider them again, and was delighted to find out that they now offer duct cleaning services.
