Zero stars. They don't pay their bills to suppliers/vendors. At least not to our trucking company where they hired services and neglected to pay. We were put through hoops for over a year, just to settle for half the bill to stay out of court. We now refuse to work with them.

Peak must hire the bottom of the barrel or pay peanuts. The new lot on 90/120 is currently under construction and there has been nothing but problems since. Workers parking in private driveways, litter from construction site continues to pile up off site, workers litter every day with breakfast and lunch, Delta police were called after one worker made a death threat with a knife....What a zoo. Safety is not a concern for us locals as they continually unload trucks with no flaggers as we try to safely walk by or drive by.
