These guys came out to my folks house and replaced their furnace when it stopped working, on time, on budget and did a fantastic job! Thanks!!!

I had a terrible experience with this company. Firstly, they came to investigate my A/C unit and claimed a certain problem with the unit that did not make sense so I paid another company for their opinion and they came back saying something completely different and that Climates analysis was completely wrong and a money grab.
Months later I decided to try them again (mostly because I needed my furnace to be fixed asap and had no other option). They came by to look at a broken down heating system in the middle of a cold winter and you would think a no-heat situation would make these clowns follow

Called yesterday and they arrived today right on time. Super friendly, honest knowledgeable licensed repair man. I recommend this company to anyone needing repairs or new units. 5 stars all the way.

We had Climate Clinic come in to our home to give our air exchanger and ductwork a cleaning. They had to schedule them at different times unfortunately, but both sets did good jobs.
The techs were able to answer the questions we had and seemed knowledgeable on what they were doing. We just left them to it and tried to stay out of their way. They were very friendly. Would hire them again to do the cleaning.

Had new flooring installed and needed disconnected my stove and gas fireplace. Disconnect was in the morning and the arrangement was to be reconnected in the evening. This did not happen. When I called Climate Clinic the following morning I was told they were too busy and would be done the following Wednesday 5 days later. I was charged $139.50 for each of three visits $418.50 plus parts. I contacted the company by email to discuss the issue with no response and by phone call which was not returned. I would not recommend this company.

5 stars!!We return after repairs to our house to a dusty house. Our son has s medical condition and we needed the ducts cleaned which someone had forgot to schedule. The team at climate clinic fitted us in last minute and carried out an amazing job. We can’t thank them enough. It’s so reassuring to move back in and know the air is safe for our son.

Highly Recommended.
Had two freestanding gas stoves and a corner unit fireplace installed back when we bought our first house and the service and workmanship was great. Left with all their garbage and everything was cleaned and working 100%
approximately 4 years later when we needed a blower fan replaced they were there the same day to replace it under warranty at no cost parts and labour!

I would like to thank you for fixing my AC, and hot water tank. I would recommend the Climate Clinic to everyone. The young man that came was professional, and every polite, while explaining the problem. Thanks again

Avoid Climate Clinic at all costs!! Had multiple issues with this company. Hired them to replace a broken air conditioner about 4 years ago. All was pleasant while selecting which unit to purchase. On the day they came to install the new unit they left half way through the job to go on a service call. When questioned if they would return after the… call to finish that day I was told no. I then was told they would not be back the next day either. I was told they had other jobs they needed to do, and that the office would call me to schedule another time to come back and finish the job. I

Have had 3 Natural Gas inserts installed and these guy's do great work. Very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Wouldn't call anyone else for my heating or hvac needs.

Climate Clinic installed all the services in my home. From HRV, Central Air to even a gas fireplace. They are professional and take the utmost care when working with you and the other trades in order to get the best finished product. I recommend Climate Clinic to anyone!

This business came highly recommended from very close family, friends and colleges from a large business in the Saugeen Shores area.
The furnace that we purchased was and is a great product, I would recommend the furnace to anyone, and however I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone. Here is why.
1. We don’t live full time in the Saugeen Shores area and we wanted a repeatable business to deal with, so the first interaction was a good experience, but once the transaction was completed this is when it went sideways. The house we purchased had an older wood stove with an insulated chimney
