We were unfortunate enough to have a couple of minor roof leaks show up just before Xmas 2021, by way of brown stains on our vaulted white ceiling.
Elevation was understandably closed over the holidays but replied promptly in the new year. We had Josh attend and access the damage then upon our OK, returned to complete the repairs.
Our experience with Sean and Josh has been very good with prompt repair work and courteous, professional workmanship.

The gentlemen that worked on our project were timely, courteous, accommodating, and very thorough. Their work required coordination with another contractor, resulting in four separate site visits on four different occasions. There was absolutely no pushback or complaint. All the staff we dealt with, including the receptionist / office assistant, were patient, and completely professional.

Doing a good job, or being on time and acting in a professional manner are all expected if you are working in a service industry. Sean has all those qualities in spades. More importantly is how a person responds when something goes wrong. This review is more about honesty and integrity. Our home has a concrete tile roof which was installed when the house was built in the mid 90's. In the spring of 2020 we noticed that some of the mortar along the hip and ridge tiles was cracking and chunks had started to come loose and were falling onto the driveway and the back deck. Very impressed with Sean and his team. We had contacted him about a roof leak and were unsure what exactly we were dealing with. He came out the very day that we called him, diagnosed the problem immediately and had his workers arranged to come back later in the day to fix it. Wow! A great experience from start to finish - quality work, service and value. Elevation Roofing is our only go to and I would recommend them for quality, trustworthy work.
