Amazing experience, from day one walking in the door to me sitting in the hot tub Christmas eve!
Sales rep was amazing. Worked with my budget, got me what I needed and no pressure. I wish the rep would have pressured me a little more to get it sooner (I decided to shop around only to come back).
Finance, not a hitch and so friendly.
Delivery was spot on and timely.
Had a small issue not related to the store or tub but the store resolved it for me on a WEEKEND!!! Got to contact someone on Saturday after hours and they had someone fix it on a Sunday!

My husband and I did some research on hot tub companies in Calgary… the best reviews were for World of Spas and so we took a trip.

This spa dealer has been fantastic right from the beginning. As soon as we walked in the door the sales staff was helpful and knowledgeable about what we were looking to purchase. We have had our tub for 2 months now and love it and use it every day. Best place to purchase a spa. You won’t be disappointed.

The new showroom is worth the visit alone - what a great space! With the current supply chain backlogs, even if you're 'dipping your toe' into the hot tub market, go see Rochelle and the team at World of Spas today. They are super knowledgeable and don't subscribe to any high pressure sales tactics. That was a huge turn off at other locations we… visited. They simply listened, answered our questions and made a few recommendations to help narrow down options. They literally have something for everyone / every budget and as the largest dealer in town they get spas at great prices with reasonable
