We specialize in Type 1, Type 2 and Type 3 septic systems. Our team designations include ROWP (Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner) and ASTTBC (Applied Scientist Technologist of BC). We recommend solutions that work best for your site in the design stage, then excavate and install the preferred system.
I found him to be honest, knowledgeable, skillful, efficient, and reliable. He investigated our situation and soil and described our options. Because we value the native vegetation on our property, he designed a layout which minimized disturbance to the plants and places we were most concerned about.
A Registered Onsite Wastewater Practitioner (ROWP) Private Inspector is the best person to contact if you do not have much information about where your system is located, what components are included within the system, and what physical condition they are in, how the system is performing or if you suspect a problem.
My husband and I are new to the Okanagan. We purchased a house that had a septic system. Even though we had someone else look at it before we bought, the system failed 1 week after we moved in. Kelly came to our rescue! He designed and installed a new septic system that came in on budget and he left our yard looking better than it did when we bought.

We have used ABC Septic Services on a number of occasions for septic pump out and have always found them professional punctual and reasonably priced.On this occasion however we experienced a sewer back up causing major damage to our ground floor suite.Kelly attended within a couple of hours, identified the problem and had the repairs completed in 24 hours.This was despite the complex problem which required excavation by specialist machinery. Have used this company for septic tank pump out several times over the past 25 years. They are reliable and professional. Mr Hohmann arrived on time this morning and was done in under 30 minutes. His price was fair and he provided some free advice on installing a riser on our tank to improve access and eliminate digging down to the lid. I recommend this company.

ABC Septic Services Ltd. did an amazing job of completely redoing our septic system. They did a first class job of everything they tackled. Our job was not an easy job and they were very professional. They designed a large system that would fit our needs. They had to take out the old system that was not functioning and replace it with a system that would support a 3300 square foot house with a suite. ABC septic services provided us a new septic field and system and came back to perform a perimeter blanket drain to rid excess water from the land at our request. We had our septic system completely redone by Kelly at ABC and he did an amazing and stellar job. His quote was exactly the amount we paid in the end, and he was forthright and honest the entire experience. He was prompt to our house each day, and did not stop until it was all a done deal.
