Team from True level very friendly and helpful. Job was done on time and within allocated hours. They were very professional and cleaned the area as they worked. They also did over and above and help trim the bottom of the fence door that now couldn’t close due to the pathway being leveled and raised. Overall great team, friendly and helpful.

The sales technician, George McNeill, was very informative, knowledgeable and honest by letting us know what we should be doing with the situation. Although our sidewalk was sinking, he advised us to have it removed and replaced, and get the drainage system repaired. We were very impressed that he represented his company, True Level Concrete, in a professional manner. If we do require work to be done in future, we would definitely use this company, I would also recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We have had many different companies in our home but none excelled as much as this one. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and they were extremely respectful. Because the job was short in time they had a little bit more time so we had them level our sidewalk which was remarkable. We were very happy with this company and we will recommend them to everyone we know.

Ian, JT and Brad were very punctual, polite, and professional in providing the service I needed to lift and level my backyard sidewalk which had settled and become uneven. They left the job site very clean and tidy.

These guys are one of the few companies that use the new foam system to lift concrete, it’s waterproof, insect proof and does not add extra weight to the soil under the lifted concrete. Older system pumps a concrete sludge to lift concrete which needs a bigger size drilled hole and also puts a lot of extra weight on soil when it hardens so eventually concrete will start to sink again. Great professional company who are expert’s in what they do. Lifted my backyard path and side path also fixed the severe soil erosion problem I had under my patio slab. Getting concrete lifted does not come cheap

We needed our patio concrete jacked back up into place so I called True Level Concrete for an estimate. They weren’t necessarily the cheapest, but I like the foam products that they use and I thought it was better than concrete slurry. The workers that came were very professional and did a wonderful job. They were on time, on budget with the quote, and very quick and knowledgable of what they were doing. It’s so nice to have the patio concrete back to where it belongs and level to enjoy.

Vic gave a knowledgeable estimate and fully explained the process, issues and his estimate. Other companies were casual, explained little and missed issues in giving their obvious lowball estimates. The crew arrived promptly and were personable and conscientious, explaining throughout what they were doing and why. The result was very good and the worksite was cleaned promptly and thoroughly.
