This company installed central AC into our mobile home in 2019. To access our furnace with the necessary lines to the outside unit, they decided to punch a plate-sized hole through the ductwork directly below the furnace and continue the line out through the top of the ductwork creating another hole the size of a baseball. As a result, both the AC and the heating have been filling up our belly bag (the membrane under a trailer that holds insulation in place) for the past two years rather than up into the home. The recent heatwave in the Shuswap area of BC showed how our AC was unable to keep up
