These were long standing issues that Town and Country Plumbing (the original installers) couldn't seem to figure out. Universal figured it out and fixed the problems. When we were in the process of finishing our basement, we decided to hire Universal to perform all our plumbing work, which included a full wet bar, full bathroom, duct work, and a gas fireplace. We chose Universal because of all the great reviews they had, and they definitely surpassed our expectations!

When our water heater started leaking on Christmas day we called around to a number of plumbing places in Regina. Universal had the most knowledgeable staff and they were able to answer many questions that we had. The asked questions like how many people lived in the house and our water usage patterns. Other places just gave us a standard quote for a new water heater. I was also curious about tankless water heaters and Colin was able to answer my questions on that as well. I've had them out a few times for issues with my furnace. Each time I've found them to be timely, honest and professional. Furnace quit working when it was minus 35. Came out the next morning and diagnosed the problem. Rather than having to worry about buying a new furnace the problem was quickly diagnosed. Recommend this company for any of your heating issues.

If you compare Universal Plumber with a company called ‘Regina Plumbing’, I will highly recommend ‘Universal Plumbing'.
The other company did not have any client care, they only cares about making money. I had experiences with both companies. And Universal is better.

Incredibly honest company!! When I had an insurance claim and they had the opportunity to replace both the furnace and air conditioner, they actually only recommended to replace the air conditioner. Both were thoroughly inspecting and it would have been so easy to recommend a new furnace, but didn't take advantage of me or my insurance provider. The replacement of the air conditioner happened really quickly and without any issues or problems since. I seriously can't say what a relief it was to meet such honest people. A+++ service & highly recommended!!
