We had a sagging ceiling that Aaron’s team fixed for us. Every single member of the team was professional and polite. They kept us informed every step of the way. Upon finding out we were going to have a baby, we hired Aaron and his team to completely overhaul our condo, taking it from an open-concept loft to a proper 2-bedroom home. This included expanding the master bedroom and adding a walk-in closet, creating a nursery, updating the bathroom and redoing the floors throughout. We were extremely happy with the final result, and although there were some delays (which were mostly outside of AYC's control), the condo was finished on time for the arrival of our son, and on budget.

Yager Construction took us on as a client for our 700sqf basement project in Royal Bay. Not only did they do an awesome job, but also finished on time and under budget! It took some time to confirm a start date, likely due to the busy construction industry on Vancouver Island, but once work finally started the process was very smooth. We contracted with Yager to do our renovation ... upgrading a 1960s house. We could not have been happier with the results. Every one of their staff who were involved in this project were skilled, conscientious, and took pride in their workmanship.
