The most common practice when it comes to filters is to change them out and completely replace them. Such a process may seem easier, but at the cost of you, your business, and any profits you otherwise would have made by simply having them cleaned. Most filters do not need to be changed, meaning such excessive consumption could be saving hundreds, if not thousands of hard earned dollars just by having them professionally cleaned instead.
Aftermarket parts are, simply put, parts made specifically for equipment from a another manufacturer. These parts are fitted perfectly for the many types of equipment, matching the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) part number with the aftermarket supplier's part number. You may ask yourself; why would I go through an Aftermarket supplier when I could go to the OEM themselves?
We here at Ultra Filter Clean know how expensive air filters can get. Stores can carry what you want, but sometimes they will not always have what you are looking for, and worst yet is they can charge a lot more for any little thing (like on-hand inventory, freight, etc). We not only want to save you money, but also time on finding the right fit without worrying.
It's no secret that Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and Diesel Oxidation Catalysts (DOC) are expensive. They are encased in metal and the filters themselves are made from rare Earth materials. Due to how difficult it can be to get these materials and the process it takes to make a single unit, we are buying used DPFs and DOCs for recycling purposes.
Our process on DPF Cleaning and DOC Cleaning allows us to thoroughly remove the contaminants that is otherwise clogging your unit. While you can normally just "blow" these particulates out, this will not clean out the unit completely and you'd ultimately be doing this again months later fruitlessly.
