We own a 93 year old home, and the second floor plumbing started to leak. Action repaired our 2nd floor toilet, sink, and shower drain with no need to open the plaster walls. Much more efficient than our first option. Four tradesmen were in our home and I appreciated their interaction. They were accommodating, professional, and I never heard any profanity in two days. That is laudable.

I called Action Sewer and Drain today (on a saturday) after nearly having a stroke when I suspected a collapsed sewer line. Cody was there in an hour, chewed through 2 blockages for me, and helped me figure out what my best prioritized course of action to update and address my sewer issues. Action is part of their name and for sure in the job they do. We called for a smell from our sewer in our storage room. Their response is way quicker than I thought could be possible. They cleared the drain with of dirt.
The following day Ken and Chris returned when we thought there was a smell. They professionally arrived without no complaint and determination to find out what was wrong. Darrell and the team at Action were very efficient and personable. We had an issue with a frozen water pipe. Darrell offered suggestions that we could try prior to coming out to the house. Unfortunately, none of those solved the issue as the pipe was frozen several feet out from the house and was beyond out expertise. Action came out and had the problem solved in less than an hour. I would not hesitate to call Action again. Thanks for the great service.

It is unbelievably cold and these guys were out at the ranch within an hour... The water line running to… our home and our barn which feeds water for us & 30+ horses and dogs had frozen due to a faulty heater.

The Crew that showed up at my Parents home to deal with a blocked drain and water bubbling out of the floor drain was awesome. Ran 90’ of cable, found the tree root at 70’ that was the blockage. All done with 1.5 hours of labour — awesome guys, knowledgeable and I was totally confident that we were in good hands in a slightly stressful situation! They even mopped up some of the water from the floor for me! Thank you — highly recommended 👍🏻

Seriously never been more impressed. I called at 10:00 and they were out there by 11:00. Got everything unclogged and back working within an hour! The guys were so friendly and explained everything they were doing so I was in the loop. Also gave helpful suggestions to help prevent it from happening again! I called these guys and what a job they did. They came out and started the job and had to come back and finish. Matt explained everything they were doing and fixed it up. He even made it much easier for cleaning the sewer pipe. Great work and guys. I will definitely call them for any plumbing needs we have.
