Our initial contact with Scott was quite pleasant, as was our dealings with Donna. It went downhill from there. We had our bathroom remodeled and although the person who did it was nice, his work was uneven at best. It took 25 days to redo the floor, a 1/4 pony wall and 1/2 wall in subway tiles. The material was bought by us, he used our tools. He would say he would come in one day, 2 days, and we would leave the keys, but he would never show up. Most days, he was working for 2-3 hours, or would leave for an appointment. After multiple interactions with Donna, I can only surmised that he became
