After a garage break in that left our door frame splintered and not fully secured, we called a few places to get estimates on repairing it. Phone estimates after emailing photos ranged wildly (up to $800!) Aubrey at NES quoted us a much, much more reasonable price than anyone else. He came the next afternoon, didn't try and tell us we needed a full frame replacement, and had it fixed and solid a half hour later. Apparently most of their business comes from insurance companies, which is a good sign, I think.
