I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service providing by Darrel, Chris and his crew. My basement flooded which created a lot of stress. Daryl did some preliminary investigation and came up with a course of action. He was extremely helpful and empathetic towards our situation. He was also mindful of our budget. I would definitely recommend Darrel's excavating and they will be the first I call if I ever need services in the future.
