We are first timers with a septic system and had been experiencing some problems with flow. Tim came out of his way to take a look at our septic tank we weren't sure if it was going to need to be pumped and Tim educated us on our septic tank free of charge as the tank did not require to be pumped. What a wonderful experience we will be using his services in the future.
