THIS COMPANY IS AWEFUL! DO NOT USE THEM..... They cleaned my home carpet, bleached it out, never followed up or took responsibility. I literally have to replace the entire room and closet at my cost. Needless to say, I called the company (whom I have used for numerous jobs of carpet I was told it was my problem as I must have spilled something in the NEWLY installed carpet that reacted with their hot water. Conversation ended with no resolution. The manager stated this to me without even coming out to the home to see it for himself. I left a message with the owner on 4/9/19. No response at all

I need to put this out there as I feel others should be aware of this company... . We used a very reputable Carpet cleaning company, Clean Works Services, INC,. 2733 Columbia Ave Lancaster, PA 17603, on 4/9/19. The first picture is my carpet prior to the cleaning which was walked through by a manager and the employees. It looks fine just needed freshening up... The latter pictures are from the same day following the cleaning service. Needless to say, I called the company (whom I have used for numerous jobs of carpet cleaning and grout cleaning which I will say they were problem free). I was told
