Disaster movies are a standard summer blockbuster event. There is the old classic, Stephen Spielberg's "Jaws, " which is a cornerstone of the genre. Since Jaws was such a big success you can pretty much count on a huge disaster movie every summer. But what if you find yourself in the middle of your own disaster movie?
As professionals, it's rare. Now, if the roof deck, for example, is rotted under the shingles and needs repair, we can usually tell when doing the roofing estimate. However, should surprises come up, we only charge for the materials! No problem, we are happy to do cost effective roof repairs, we charge a $159 Repair Inspection Service fee.
We like to think of ourselves as the Goldilocks of roofing companies in Edmonton. Some roofers are too small - they lack the proper coverage or insurance to be able to provide any real sense of reliability, they don't have enough installations under their belt, and are often very difficult to communicate with due to a lack of an online presence.
Our estimates come with a comprehensive inspection of your roof, including photo documentation that can be used to back up any claims, as well as give you the ability to hold us, (or the other guys), responsible for any damage done to your roof. You will also receive a detailed summary of the completed work for insurance purposes and for the resale of your home.

Would highly recommend Sargeants Roofing! Fabricio responded to a post that we made on the NextDoor app. He responded on his own due to the holidays but works for Sargeants Roofing. Fabricio did a wonderful job on our roof with winter snow removal. Prompt service, did a thorough job and very professional. He pointed out some concerns in regards to possible leak points and guided us to contact Sargeants for future repair/roofing needs. Will definitely be contacting them!

I would highly recommend Sergeants Roofing; they responded when no other company would tackle my repair job. It was a busy time of the year and my job was not sizeable but important to get done before Winter. Starting with Adam (inspection & follow up) and including Dillion & Kyle (repair work) , to a crew that came to check on the work 30 and 60 days after completion. Their cost was competitive . I would definitely use them (hopefully not needed too soon) and refer them to friends in future.

Had a good experience with Sargeants Roofing. The end product is exactly what we expected. Dave came and did our inspection and provided us with a video explaining all the steps they would be taking in regards to replacing our roof. He broke down all the costs and potential costs that may be expected once the old shingles have been lifted. While Sargeants was a bit more pricey than other companies that quoted us, we chose them because of Daves outstanding customer service.
There were a couple delays and communication issues which led to a 4 star rating instead of 5, but overall, it was a good

Highly recommend Sargeants for any and all roofing needs! Adam was great at explaining options and was always patient when I asked for additional information. The process was great where I could see before and after photos of the work that had been completed. Will be using them again for future roofing projects!

When I first moved into my new place I was very worried about my roofing needs, but when i moved forward with sargeants roofing, they were very professional, and thorough, with their roofing inspection and extremely helpful and detailed. The actual work was quick and efficient and looked amazing compared to before. 1 week after they came to actually inspect the work again and make sure nothing was wrong which I found extremely refreshing and thorough. I would definitely recommend and I will personally be using this company for my future roofing, and siding needs.

I needed a roof inspection and quote to be done before the closing date on a home. They were able to accommodate my short notice request. I have used this company twice, and on both occasions were awesome to deal with. We dealt with Adam this time. He explained options that would resemble cedar but was a better bang for your buck, and had the report to use fairly quickly.

I was looking for some quotes for replacing my garage shingles, had a couple other quotes from two other companies and Adam White at Sargeants roofing was not only more professional and knowledgeable than the other two reps that I dealt with, he was super friendly and down to earth. He was able to make it out the next day after I called late the day prior. He arrived on time and in a well kept clean work van. I cannot say this of the other two. I would highly recommend these guys! They do amazing work and very quick! Thanks again!
