AMAZING COMPANY 10 OUT OF 10!!!
We had so much trouble with our Fireplace, a few months after we moved in, it wasn't working (moved in the summer so didn't realize right away) so we called some other place to fix it. Half way through they "discovered" it was one of those fireplaces on the news that was no good. They stopped everything and disconnected it. We had to go on a big troublesome hunt to find out why the builder put that bad fireplace in and finally ended up calling TH Fireplaces as they were the original installers.

The TH office set up an appointment for a prompt service call, sooner than we expected. The technician that came out was on time, did the troubleshooting and was able to repair it quickly. She did a great job, the glass is sparkling clean and price was reasonable. She even surprised us by adding some glowing embers across the bottom of the logs so it works and looks better than new. We were truly impressed with the communication, quality of workmanship, friendliness, and excellent service. We highly recommend TH and will use them in the future.

I had called around to multiple places and TH had the best quote for their check & clean service. We had issues with our fireplaces intermittently turning off and on.
I was very impressed with the knowledge Aaron & Josiah had. They diagnosed the problem, replaced the problem parts and were very thorough with their cleaning (cleaned and painted the exterior, cleaned the glass, logs and entire inside of the fireplace). They explained the issues to me and recommended a welder for a broken piece of our grating. They even added a wire mesh underneath the logs that makes a cool "ember" look when our

Scheduling the appointment was easy and I was provided with an advanced courtesy call and a call day of to confirm arrival time. Amy was excellent, they were knowledgeable, thorough and honest. The price was also very reasonable for a clean and service check. I will definitely be using TH Fireplaces again and would recommend them.

Wonderful service from Amy. She was very efficient, neat and knowledgeable. Even though we scheduled for one fireplace to be repaired, Amy took the time to listen to my questions about the second one. She gave me solid advice and was able to service both units, even though it meant adding time on to the end of her day. I would highly recommend TH Fireplaces.

I called TH Fireplaces to inquire about whether they would be able to help to troubleshoot an issue with our gas fireplace. The gentleman on the phone said yes, and asked some questions, reviewed a photo I sent in while we were on the phone and walked me through (explaining safety) some diagnostics which found the solution! I had an issue with my fireplace not turning off when I clicked the switch. Amy did a Fantastic job on figuring out what was going on in a short time. She also cleaned, vacuumed and inspected all the components of my fireplace. She's very friendly, personable, efficient and professional!!! I highly recommend Amy!

Amy responded to a service request for a main burner "failure to ignite" on my gas fireplace. Throughout the service call, she was very proficient and courteous. Not only did she diagnose and repair the unit, she also performed a detailed cleaning of the fireplace including spray painting of the firebox's interior. If Amy is an example of the calibre of your staff at TH Fireplaces, you have an exceptional team.
