Called at around 9am to find out when they would be able to come out and snake the main line. ( needs to be done every so many years )
I was very happy to get an appointment same day later that afternoon.
Received a call around 10.30am or so from them asking if they could come even earlier as they had finish another job sooner than expected. So was even happier to have them in sooner so I could continue with other things I needed to deal with.
They were onsite within the time they said they would be, and were in and out within the hour.
Main line cleared and the s*#t was flowing again like

Noticed the main drain drain slow... Had a mini flood thanks to tree roots. I told them it's not a emergency and that they can come tomorrow. They came early than what they told me. I'm very thankful for them fixing my problem. I'm also glad they didn't charge two arms and a leg.
Will use their services again in the future.

I just wanted to pass along our thanks to John, who came out to our house today to clean the line, as we were getting water backup in our downstairs bathtub and the toilets were not flushing properly.
It turns out our main line access is hidden somewhere in the basement, John could have left and said to call once we found it, but instead he stuck it out and found a way to get a line down there and get it unclogged. We really appreciate John's dedication to the job.
So, just wanted to send this in to you and have John's hard work recognized, again we really appreciate his skill and experience

These guys were there when they said did a unreal job in a 1/2 hour and the price was the best out there. Did what they said they would with confidence and a perfect out come. Called Roto-rooter and they were so overpriced for the same work. Their employee was embarrassed to tell me the price and my response was no way and he told me that we get that allot. You will not be disappointed they unclogged my kitchen drain that needed to go down 70 feet.

Great service. and great price. So glad we went with Rocket Rooter. Pleasant Plumber was going to charge $277 just to do a diagnostic but David spotted the problem right away and it only cost $150. Also incredibly reasonably priced installation of a new sump pump. Don't waste your money elsewhere. Call Rocket Rooter!

I had some back up sewage one late Saturday evening and called Rocket Rooter Inc. The person on the phone was friendly and after listening to the symptoms I was experiencing and suggested the services needed.
I asked if he could provide a quote and was reassured the rate for this particular service. This being Saturday and had never have called Rocket Rooter prior to this emergency I was expecting an extra charge, or weekend premium fee - but was super impressed to hear their policy on the price for this service to never change regardless the day or time.

Alex called back within minutes after I left a voice mail. The plumber who came (on time) Randy, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He saved me over a hundred dollars as I had asked for a camera to be put down the pipe to see what was the problem. Instead he was able to diagnose the problem efficiently and with a quick rotor rooter, cleared the blockage, saving me the cost ($250.00) of the camera option. I will be using Rocket Rooter for any future plumbing needs. They have proven themselves, trustworthy, reliable and cost effective.

Great work and gave me the advice I needed to make a claim through the city for the contractor Al-san contractors Ltd breaking my sewer pipe when they were replacing the water main on my bay. Flat rate for the job as quoted at the start even though took him 2 hours to clear water in basement because sewer cap was seized

We have had Alex from Rocket Rooter to our house twice now to fix plugged drains. First it was the kitchen sink and then the bathtub. We got the very reasonable prices up front before the work was done, and at no time did he try to up sell us on anything we didn't want or need. There were no hidden costs. Service is honest, very fast, clean and efficient-everything was explained in terms we can understand. On both occasions we had other very minor plumbing issues which we mentioned to him, and he fixed them right away and only charged for materials used. We have recommended him to our neighbours
