Marian. Responded from Toronto West owner of bungalow. Arrival has been on time and both old furnace and AC were removed by Zygy. He installed Goodman furnace and Lenox Ac on Dec. 06, 2022. It is probably to early to judge the equipment, however the Furnace works very good so far. The AC will be set on spring time as soon as warmer temp. will arrived then Zygy will come over and do this.

Regarding to other things such as time schedule, work habit and final finish I may say that all of them were done very well with professional manner and our house was left clean. Warranty documentation has been sent through an e-mail as we had previously agreed after the work was completed.

We recently hired Zibi to repair our Goodman furnace which was less than 1 year old as it was not functioning properly and was making a whirring noise every time the blower would turn on. Zibi accurately identified both issues and resolved them quickly. He even submitted our warranty claim so we only had to pay for his labour (which was fairly priced).

Our furnace is now functioning properly and is no longer making any unusual noises. Words cannot describe how happy we are! I highly recommend calling The Heatman if you want quality work and fair pricing. Zibi is called "The Heatman" for a reason - call him to find out why! I am glad I did and you will be too.

Great work on replacing the water heater and installing my new unit.

Zibi replaced and moved an old gas line for our natural gas barbecue. He was very responsive over the phone and text, came at the times he said he would, and was thorough in his work. He even suggested that we run the line to a more convenient area, and didn't charge extra to do so. Was completely upfront about costs and parts, tested everything, provided extra info and tips, and left the area clean. Wouldn't think twice the next time I need any work done on the house. I would highly recommend The Heatman Heating and Cooling. I was having some issues with my furnace and had a tech come to take a look. He had difficulty finding the problem and would have to send someone else from the company the next day. This was in the middle of a cold snap and I needed my furnace running. I spoke to one of my friends and they told me to call Zibi from the Heatman.

He came within the hour when he heard I didn't have any heat. He found the issue, gave me a very fair price and I had heat shortly after. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

We had a serious leak from humidifier and were unable to shut off water to the unit. Called at 7 in the morning and Zibi was in our house within an hour. He explained all options and we decided to go with new unit. He was fantastic and we would use him anytime in the future. Great to get such outstanding service

Zibi is brilliant in his work and does not stop until he fixes and finishes everything. He came over to help me with my Aprilaire steam humidifier and set up my place with a new smart thermostat that controls the whole house (air cleaner, humidifier, AC and dehumidifier). And he is totally fair on his pricing, so much so that I got him to come back to clean my furnace. BTW he checked my burners at the same time and adjusted this so that my furnace last longer. no charge.

The best complement I could give someone of his integrity in this industry is refer him to others including my family. Anyway, he is my guy for HVAC service ongoing. The big guys out there have nothing on this guy ( the heating man), full stop! Thanks Zibi!
