Quick response, efficient care in replacing entire piping in house. Knowledgable and straight to point on issues. Only problem was follow-up on some issues. Had a personal hand tool go missing after job was complete and was told it would be looked for in workers equipment. There was no follow up information provided and several attempts to inquire about retrieving it from whomever took it were not acknowledged or calls returned. Hand tool still missing.

The drywall and painting afterwards within the same company, was top notch. They even mudded my main wall and painted to match their repairs. A pipe burst in the middle of the night and we were freaking out, didn't know who to call and what to do. We got a hold of Graham from Urban Piping, and he was there very quickly. The fast call back time was what sold us, as well as his knowledgeable conversation. The job was done quickly, its like they were never here. Very impressed with the work from Urban Piping.

My dad had to have all of his piping replaced before listing his house. We thought it was going to cost an arm and a leg but we found Urban Piping and were very happy with the estimate. He did not over charge anything, no hidden fees, and the quality of work and time put in is well worth it. While renovating our kitchen we had to get call a plumber in because of a small leak. When Graham was there he was fixing the repair and had informed us that the piping in our home was out of date and banned. Urban piping installed a new hot water heater in my house. Gary and Dennis were efficient and polite. They took care not to damage my floors while removing the old water heater and bringing in the new water heater. They installed a good quality quarter turn ball valve and used braided hoses, ensuring an easy install years down the road. The hot water tank itself was a high spec model and was installed at a reasonable price.

I recently purchased a house with poly b piping, and my insurance company requested I had it replaced before I moved into the house. I used urban piping as they offered the complete package for replacement, which included all plumbing and drywall work. It was completely painless, as they were in and out in just over a week, and left the house so I couldn't even tell they were there!

Graham responded promptly late Friday to my plea for help for a new water heater and provided a a very reasonable quote and confirmation to replace it the very next business day (Monday)! Monday saw Jordan arrive just as promptly at the appointed time. He was courteous, efficient and performed a very clean replacement installation of the new one. Very happy!

Jordan arrived punctual, and completed the job to our satisfaction in the time allotted. Both Jordan and Graham were friendly and courteous. Job site was left clean and tidy after old tanks removed. They were recommended to us by a friend, and I would certainly recommend them to our friends.

Urban Piping did an outstanding job replacing the poly-b throughout our house, replacing toilets and flushing drain lines. We were impressed with the customer service, prompt response time and attention to detail through the estimate process. Going through the findings, I learned a lot about the house because Graham took the time to show and explain things to me, even well outside the scope of work.

These guys do the entire job, including the refinishing work to walls, ceilings, etc so my job was easier, I didn't have to research and hire separate contractors for anything! Graham also helped us to make smart decisions about specific pieces of work to stay in budget. When it came time for work to begin, he walked me through what to expect through to completion.

Attention to detail is beyond thorough with this crew! Everything turned out exactly as we expected and on budget, and the quality of the finishing work is so good that my family can't tell where the walls were opened up! They ran air scrubbers and took great care to protect the house from damage or traveling mess; it was cleaner when they left than it was before they started!
